In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you that we will process the data you provide to us in order to:
To manage the contracting of services carried out through the platform, as well as the corresponding invoicing and delivery.
To send periodic communications about services, events and news related to the activities carried out by Horizon CX, by any means (telephone, post or email), unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws their consent.
To send commercial and/or promotional information related to the sector of the services contracted and added value for end users, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws their consent.
To comply with legally established obligations, and to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including the prevention of fraud.
Disclosure of data to bodies and authorities, whenever required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
Data categories – What data do we process?
As a result of the purposes mentioned above, at Horizon CX we manage the following categories of data:
Identification data. Electronic communications metadata. Commercial information data.
If the user provides third-party data, they represent that they have those third parties' consent and undertake to pass on the information contained in this clause, releasing Horizon CX from any liability in this regard.
Nevertheless, Horizon CX may carry out checks to verify this fact, adopting the due diligence measures that apply under data protection regulations.
Lawful basis – What is the lawful basis for processing your data?
The processing of data for the purpose of sending periodic newsletters about services, events and news related to our professional activity is based on the data subject's consent, expressly requested in order to carry out such processing, in accordance with applicable law. In addition, the lawful basis for processing data related to offers or collaborations is the consent of the user who submits their data, which they may withdraw at any time, although this may affect smooth communication and obstruct processes they wish to carry out.
Finally, the data may be used to comply with the legal obligations applicable to Horizon CX.
Data retention period – How long will we keep your data?
Horizon CX will keep users' personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless the consents granted are revoked. Afterwards, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods.
Recipients – To which recipients will your data be disclosed?
Your data may be accessed by providers that provide services to Horizon CX, such as hosting services, marketing tools and content systems or other professionals, when such disclosure is required by law or for the performance of the services contracted. Horizon CX has signed the corresponding data processing agreements with each of the providers that provide services to Horizon CX, in order to ensure that those providers will process your data in accordance with current legislation. To protect the different types of data referred to in this privacy policy, it will implement the technical security measures necessary to prevent their loss, manipulation, disclosure or alteration.

Where Horizon CX uses service providers for platform maintenance that are located outside the European Union, these international transfers have been regularised in line with Horizon CX's commitment to the protection, integrity and security of users' personal data.
Rights – What are your rights when you provide us with your data, and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Horizon CX is processing personal data concerning you. You also have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Horizon CX will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. You may also exercise the right to data portability and withdraw the consents given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
